Quality Support

Performs parts assemblies or product appearance dimension and functionality verifications according to inspection plans engineering standards and blue prints for manufactured and purchased material of low to medium complexity. MAJOR DUTIES:

Specific Position Requirements

The client is seeking Quality Support:


Perform incoming inspections on randomly selected product from suppliers.

Keep records of inspection results – Excel file

Verifies products from outsourced services.

Files certifications as required

Qualify new belt samples from supplier.

Address requests from Product Support, Supply Management and Warehouse personnel on part verification.

Coordinate containment issues and maintain HOLD log for compliance issues.

Assist with reports, data gathering, etc. as requested.

Submit monthly metrics - Receiving Inspection results

Must have some experience with computers and using excel for data entry.

Note:

1st shift position hours are approximately 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
This position will not require operating heavy equipment, i.e. - fork lift, order picker.

Training will be provided on instruments and processes.

Description/Comment:

Security Officer will be responsible for the protection of associates, visitors, and assets located at various client properties in the Plano area. First responder to any emergency that may occur, to include; illness, accident, injury, fire, etc. Will keep the FLNA Security Manager apprised of any significant activity. Work as Dispatcher, Receptionist, and Lobby Officer. Monitor client sites by performing mobile and foot patrols. Alert building management of any building deficiencies or safety issues. Assist Associates with vehicle assists (jump starts, airing-up tires).

Additional Job Details:

Client is willing to look at veterans & other related specialist who may not necessarily have a security officer background.
